Philosophy and Background
I believe every second of our lives we are either living consciously or moving through life unintentionally. I also believe you have a choice. When a person appreciates the notion of conscious and intentional living, a whole other world opens up.
My clients become more attuned to themselves, recognizing their potential for growth. They gain clarity to let go of self-limiting beliefs and courage to ask for MUCH MORE from life. I affectionately refer to this experience as "your invitation to play on a much bigger playground".
I've experienced this "invitation" firsthand. Previously, I struggled with challenges that may be similar to your own. I worked crazy hours trying to find balance between a successful yet demanding career, family needs, community service and time for Belinda. Through the coaching process, I was empowered to define for myself what mattered most to me and how I intended to make it a reality.
The opportunity to coach others has provided me with a natural outlet for sharing my zest for life. My deepest calling and gift is recognizing the beauty and greatness in others.

Professional Experience
I bring a variety of skills and experience to my coaching practice. My previous role as President of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Nebraska Chapter allowed me many opportunities to enhance my skills in the areas of leadership, management, planning and strategies, sales, service and operations. The organization experienced growth in revenues of 233% over my nine-year tenure.
At a National level, I had the opportunity to serve in several capacities including: as an elected representative to the Chapter President's Council; as a Strategic Planning Partner to other chapters; in a mentor role to other Presidents; and in a volunteer role on a National Task Force charged with making recommendations regarding maximizing organizational effectiveness.
My background includes the role of Marketing Director for a chain of health clubs and sales for USA Today. I hold a B.A in Business Administration, am a graduate of Coach U, and a member of the International Coach Federation.
